I'm getting this with shaders enabled:

my settings:
libretro_path = "libretro-git-genplus-x86_64.dll"
video_shader_type = "cg"
video_cg_shader = "..\shaders\common-shaders\Handheld\lcd3x.cg"
video_filter = ""

EDIT: the same did not happen with SSNES

genesis plus gx core does not provide any support for shaders and i have personally never deal with that kind of stuff so this issue would be better reported to whoever wrote these shaders, through retroarch repository itself, as it is not an issue with genesis plus gx itself.
