Block Element on contextual menu is always displayed even if the option is disabled #102

Describe the issue

Even if I disable "Use contextual menu if possible", the option Block Element on Safari doesn't disappear

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

I disable "Use contextual menu if possible" but still when I right click on Safari, I see "Block Element" option
