Scrobble from radio stations

It would be useful to scrobble songs from radio stations who provide data online about what's playing.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a tab where users can select a radio and turn on/off scrobbling from there.

Additional context
There's an abandoned project which may be picked up to kickstart this feature. Suggested by Fiddledumbdandy on Discord (permalink).
