Instead of passing all fields individually, this just passes the event as one object.
This is not used by paella-core, but can be used in the Matomo plugin.

This allows admins integrating Matomo to access this data in the config, via
${metadata.foo}.This does not yet all the fields that are passed by Opencast (see the link), but I think the most useful ones are already here.
