The column should probably have the type 'timestamp with time zone' instead... but well, this fixes it for now at least.

See commits, or just review everything at once. The Ansible scripts are not actively used in this repo or anything, but I figured this is the best place to put them if we ever need to adjust something or re-setup the server.
