MAJOR CHANGE: Changes made to the values will now save on exit!!!

  1. G-League FT Rule now works exactly as it does in G-League, with post-2mins left in 4Q reverting to regular FT rules.
  2. Added ability to override period length in game (BETA...using my Cheat Engine trainer is advisable as backup in case the mod option doesn't work as desired)
  3. Dunk bug fixed (no longer count as 3s if a shortened three was just attempted in case shortened_threes are on)
