- Move benchmarks away from tests and mark IsPackable false in root
- move instrumentation tests to their own folder
- Move related grpc test sample project to tests
- group integration tests together
- re-add Elastic.Apm.Grpc.Tests
- group startup hook test and app together
- move azure app used by tests to test/azure
- move AspNetCore applications to test
- move SampleConsoleNetCoreApp
- introduce test/opentelemetry
