The put warmer api always returns "acknowledged":true, as it doesn't support any acknowledgement mechanism when it comes to updating the cluster state. It currently returns after the master has applied the change locally, which doesn't necessarily mean that all the other nodes already know about the new cluster state version.
We then need to add support for acknowledgements from the other nodes and the timeout parameter, which refers to the maximum wait for acknowledgements (default 10s as in the other apis) in a backward compatible manner.
