improve in documentation to clarify explicitly unfollow action is expected even at non-follower index #50548

Per the latest 7.5 unfollow action documentation:

This action may be used explicitly, as shown below, but this action is also run before the Rollover action and the Shrink action as described in the documentation for those actions.

The Unfollow action is highlighted to be run prior to rollover and shrink action, what would also be good to indicate explicitly in the documentation this is expected and safe to be ignored for non-follower index to eliminate any doubt or confusion in the cases when no CCR configured.
