GA the aws_logs integration

The aws_logs integration has been around for 3 years but is still currently not GA (v0.6.0 at the time of this issue): https://github.com/elastic/integrations/blob/main/packages/aws_logs/manifest.yml#L6

This is a really useful integration as it exposes the underlying s3 input rather than people having to piece together the logic using a more generic HTTP input (e.g. httpjson). It should be the primary way people ingest custom log data sources from s3, but it needs to be GA for people to use in production.
