Kibana has a setting for Monitoring UI, xpack.monitoring.ui.container.logstash.enabled which toggles the CPU stats shown to use the cgroup cpu instead of host CPU. This setting should be whitelisted in the docker image, because it's expected that users running logstash in a container would want to have this turned on.
The setting isn't documented, which is a separate issue.
