[ML] Hide paging controls in swim lane embeddable if only one page

Kibana version: 8.6.2, ESS

Describe the bug:

When you add an anomaly chart to a dashboard and only select 2 jobs to be displayed individually, the visualisation shows a pagination feature and a show up to 10, which is unnecessarily since the vis should know that there are only 2 jobs, so no reason for pagination.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Dashboard => Edit
2. Select Type => Machine Learning Swim Lane
3. Swim Lane => add 2 jobs

Expected behavior:
No pagination feature.
