Tech Debt

• The custom hooks like use_data.ts also update the url state which can be problematic when features get embedded/used in other parts of Kibana. We have to think of ways to isolate that behavior. (Originally posted in [ML] AIOps: Fix race condition where stale url state would reset search bar. #154885)

UI

• Allow user to reorder/filter fields that get passed on to grouping
• When sorted by p-value we should additionally do a secondary sort on count for better sorting when lots of rows have the same p-value. [ML] Explain Log Rate Spikes: Adds secondary sort by doc_count only if sorted by p-value #159568
