[Fleet UI] Add an option to bulk update integrations.

Describe the feature:

This feature should add an option in the Fleet UI on Kibana to select and bulk update out-of-date integrations, currently you need to go into the page of every integration and update it.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

If you do not check daily if your integrations are up-to-date you may end in a scenario where you can have multiple integrations out of date and to update them you need to update one by one, this feature would allow you to select the out-of-date integrations and update them all.
