Original comment by @alexfrancoeur:

Customers would like to see additional actions available from the new Watcher threshold based UI. We've heard specific requests for custom webhooks in order to integrate with internal ticketing systems. There has also been asks integration with reporting that will allow for CSV exports or PDF reports to be sent with the alert.

Original comment by @tbragin:

Webhook is a common action to use. Talked to a customer today that only uses them, and not having webhook action as part of the Watcher UI in 6.0 is a blocker for adoption of that UI.

@skearns64 Do you know if the Webhook action is on the list of improvements to the Watcher UI in the near-term?

Original comment by @skearns64:

We don't have Watcher UI improvements planned in the short term, though we did have the webhook action mocked up: LINK REDACTED

I'll chat with the team and see whether that mockup was backed by POC code or was just a screenshot.

Webhook action has been added. Let's create additional issues for each specific action we want to support.
