Dashboard refresh is not working

Kibana versions: 6.5.1, 6.5.3, 7.0.0-alpha1
Elasticsearch versions: 6.5.1, 7.0.0-alpha1
Server OS version: CentOS Linux release 7.4
Browsers: Chrome, Firefox
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

• yum install
• wget from downloads

Describe the bug:
Dashboard's visualizations are not being refreshed on "Refresh" button click or "pause/play".
This only exception is Saved Search visualization (table of results is the only that is refreshed)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create index pattern
2. Create Vertical bar visualization
3. Create a dashboard and add bar visualization
4. Click "Refresh" button or "Pause/Play"
5. Nothing is being refreshed...

Expected behavior:
After clicking Refresh button all visualizations should be refreshed.
