[Beats CM] Filter results bar when cleared either by backspace or 'x' button clears all items in below table

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

Describe the bug:
Clearing filter results bar, clears all items in below table

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Beats CM, enroll some beats
2. Go to Enrolled Beats -> 'Filter Results' bar - begin to type and then backspace or hit 'X' to not apply the filter
3. Notice the table below is also cleared and now says 'No items found' but no filter was applied, it is expected that all items will still be listed

@liza-mae I am not able to replicate this any longer on master. Can you please confirm or if the issue still exists I might need additional data.
