We will have to come up with a good UI for this, but as you zoom in on a map, the ideal geohash precision goes up. I don't think we should automatically change precision, but a suggestion or prompt might work. Open for discussion.

This together with #2645 would be ideal. :)

My proposal would be that the auto-zoom should be a checkbox with a default value that can be assigned directly in the view builder (and possibly overridden wherever the view is displayed).
