Describe the feature:
At the moment, if specifying interval 1d, x-axis may display several times the same dates depending on width of screen and time picker selection

The requirement would be to not have duplicate legend items :

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When using 24h or more for interval; the duplication of dates related to same day makes the rendering confusing

@flash1293, @markov00 I guess due to elastic/elastic-charts#577, this should be fixed in 7.7?

Yes I think this can be closed, but there is a subsequent issue that we should investigate and discuss: elastic/elastic-charts#667
