Kibana version: 7.8

Describe the bug: In some scenarios TSVB is not showing labels on the x axis. This is a specified behavior (see #47045 ) but in some cases labels are de-duplicated aggressively rendering the chart hard to read:

It's very hard to tell when the large drop to the right of the chart happened.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to TSVB
  2. Configure a time range of 40 hours
  3. Half of the x axis is unlabeled

Expected behavior:
All of the axis should be labeled

Any additional context:

Improving this is already tracked here: elastic/elastic-charts#667
But the current behavior of TSVB is very noticable in practice, so I propose to remove the deduplication (configurable via flag for elastic-charts) for now till the smart deduplication lands in elastic-charts..
