I was trying to import the Watcher dashboard that Steve created. When I import, I get an error and the dashboard doesn't show up in the list until you refresh the page. The search & visualizations counts do update:

What error are you seeing? Was it successfully added to the .kibana index?

The error was "Could not locate that index pattern", because I had neglected to configure the pattern. As I was thrashing, I deleted the objects & reimported a number of times. The dashboard ends up in a weird partially-imported state--it appears in the dashboard list when you refresh, but the associated search and/or visualizations aren't always loaded. (They were some times, but not others.) Everything works just fine as long as you configure the index pattern first.
