Two different background colors in some apps

In some apps (home, dashboard, visualize, graph, maybe others) the background of the page doesn't match the background color of the actual content element.

This seems to be coming from euiPage:

From Caroline:

A long while back we changed the body background color from our $euiColorLightestShade to $euiPageBackgroundColor
There may be some apps in Kibana that are still using $euiColorLightestShade instead
The lighter color of EuiPage is the correct one
