As #55796, this test should be fixed by #57510 @liza-mae could you confirm?

It's caused by the same underlying problem (with x-pack enabled there isn't a button to go to dashboard from the sample data page, but a dropdown)

@flash1293 confirmed this is fixed on latest run, we can close.
