Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

Describe the bug: When auto refresh is enabled in the time picker, the lens visualization does not refresh

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Lens
  2. Configure chart
  3. Set auto refresh to one second and start
  4. No requests are sent

Expected behavior:
Vis should re-fetch once a second

Screenshots (if relevant):

Errors in browser console (if relevant):

Provide logs and/or server output (if relevant):

Any additional context:

I thought this was fixed by #57667 but this is for the Lens editor. Clarified the title.

Categorizing this as a bug because the auto-refresh feature is available, but not working.
