[Visualize] Linked search doesn't work when go back in browser history

Describe the bug:
If you created a visualization based on saved search from discover, then press back browser button, it will become linked again, but the search is incorrect (query and filters from the saved search are not applied).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a saved search in discover with custom query and filter(s)
2. Save the search
3. Create any visualization based on that search
4. Press unlink button (filters and query will be streamed to the current app state)
5. Press back button. The visualization will become linked again, but query and filter are not included in the search, just missed

Expected behavior:
The visualization should be based on the saved search
