Custom label missing for data table visualization

Describe the bug:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a data table visualization
2. Add a metric
3. Choose Sum Bucket
4. Add Filters Aggregation
5. Notice there is no way to specify the custom label

This appears to be working in 7.6.2 and 7.9.0. It seems to be missing in 7.8

Version 7.9 - Working

Expected behavior:
The version 7.9 looks correct.

cc @timroes @sulemanof @markov00 This issue is essentially the same as #69376 which was resolved in 7.9 and later in #69688.

Should we consider a backport to 7.8.x in case there is another 7.8 patch release, or close this issue as a duplicate?

As there is no further 7.8 patch coming, and it is fixed on 7.9 I am closing it.
