Describe the feature:
Allow users to generate a CSV export of a Lens Data Table (though really, any visualization) via a URL.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

I am interested in automating the report and this solution does not provide an export URL.

Still learning a few more details about the nature of this sort of automation. Will edit issue once I have them

I think this is a great feature and we should build it. It would involve integrating with reporting in some way and requires all Lens expressions to run on the server (see #97134). Then we could do something similar as the "share" menu in Discover.
