Summary
This fixes an issue where the element handlers were being recreated as you navigated through pages in full screen mode. This means that some
.destroys might not be called properly.This break was caused by #54792, which intentionally started recreating the handlers to fix an issue with filters. The real issue is that handlers were dependent on the activePage. To fix this, we don't use the active page to find the element, we walk through all the pages and elements to find the correct element. Now, the handlers should not be recreated for the lifetime of the Element.
