Now that the boundary between elcodi and bamboo configuration is more clear, it makes sense to discuss it.
The main concern was that with bundles you can "switch off" parts of the application by not loading the bundle in AppKernel.
Moreover it will be a problem for people that bases their work on bamboo. I would discuss it for a v2.0 (not v1.0)

you can switch off also with a single bundle, so no difference there

I think it will help people to understand elcodi and will also help us writing documentation :)
