Allow weblang schemas?

Could serve as default. If schema found, then load defaults for actions, layouts, pages and views.
++ This could be based on a design system for the front end

If weblang found, use that, or if function found use that. Allows deeper customisation by demand.

Could have standard filters built in as well to support accounts and users? (2 modes, user only, and account with multiple users and roles)
