You likely need to install Python. Get it from here (https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.4/python-3.10.4-amd64.exe) or search for Python 3 in the Microsoft Store

Just check which version of Python you are using by typing : py --version in cmd
If below than 3 then update python
