Adds summary of time per task

Adds a list at the end of commands with -r that shows a summary.

This will hopefully make it easier to spot tasks that take too long or should have been cached.

An idea that I had was also to start showing the time of each step as soon as it takes more than 30s. That would help us show the slow builds

That would also be cool - we could in time turn this into debug logging only, unless one of them takes more than X seconds to run :)
