Added options to pd2dsy.py:
-p to include search paths for pd abstractions
-c to use alternative hvcc command
-c is (currently) necessary to use the grrrr/hvcc fork of hvcc which fixes the -p options for the hvcc pd generator.
PS. Also fixed the interpreter definition in the first script line
