An possibility to choose if player can open form in combat (on config): ex
#in combat player can use form or not
Form on/off:
true/false

to prevent player to teleport or use command in combat by other plugins who use form

The way we block commands already prevent forms from opening. There is no reason to allow players to be able to open forms.
