Enable ScrollView support via TouchBar API

Problem Description

Not really related to a problem, but it would be excellent if Electron could build support for ScrollViews for the Touch Bar on MacBook Pros.

Proposed Solution

Not really sure of the scope of work required here.

Alternatives Considered

The closest alternative is using the TouchBarScrubber, but that isn't really similar to a ScrollView in terms of functionality and design.

  • the second answer mention the use of a ScrollView as opposed to a workaround using the Scrubber, which seems kinda hacky to me
