[Feature Request]: Transparent Ready

Problem Description

When I create a new app with transparency, I need to wait a bit after app.on("ready") for the transparency work.

Proposed Solution

Add an app event like that:
app.on('transparent-ready', () => {
//......
})

Alternatives Considered

App "ready" event triggered when transparency is ready.
