Add some CI jobs which run against the
:edgeimages for Linux and Windows to help catch breaking changes from CircleCI before they land in the:currenttag. The release job does not depend on these edge jobs, they are just advisory.Duplication was getting a bit untenable in this config so this also includes changes to pull out common config.
