Rather than maintaining our own service, we could use something like https://elements.heroku.com/addons/coralogix

S3 archiving - the simplest way
A simple in-app interface to define your own S3 bucket and start archiving your log data there, forever.

If we end up running our own, we could use https://elements.heroku.com/addons/bucketeer to provision the bucket...

✅ Figured out this can be done with Papertrail, which we're already using.
