Hello!
After latest update (0.10.0) via AppStore, I can't get any voice calls. After accepting incoming call, I see only "Call connecting..." status, and then call ends. The same problem is with outgoing calls - other person accepts a call, and then - only "Call connecting..." status.
I'm using private server with matrix-synapse and coturn.
Other people with Android onboard have no such problems with voice calls.
Coturn logs has no records about my connections using iPhone during calls, so, i think, that there is some problems with connection to coturn (but third party software like port scan tools can see remote coturn ports).
Maybe somebody have any suggestions about this problem?
Thanks for help!

Hello,
I have the same issue after installing and configuring coturn.
I have the "Call connecting" status and then a popup message saying "Error".
It's working fine with Riot desktop.

Seeing this too, tested working with Riot Desktop <-> Android, but Android <-> iOS hangs on connecting.

Our company just tried out riot.im and ran into the same issue.

Within the same WLAN everything works fine but if any party member comes from GSM only android:android is working, not iOS

Any solutions are welcome.

"Error" popup message when using public turn.matrix.org too (turn* settings commented out in homeserver.yaml, Settings -> Calls -> Allow fallback call assist server enabled). Works fine with Desktop/Android.

Just wanted to leave a quick comment that we experience the same issue with iPhone's.

Tested last week with iOS 11.4 + Riot 0.10.0 <-> Riot Desktop (Linux) ; doesn't work , the call seems to connect but there's no audio/video

however, calls Desktop to Desktop , Android to Desktop and Android to Android work really well!

Best

We have to wait for the update to arrive in AppStore
