improve the contacts management in people listing or adding members section #562

The android client seems having an improved contacts management
-> the search is performed on the displayed name and the email addresses.

-> each contacts email is displayed if it matches to a pattern

-> if an email is linked to a matrix account
---> if there already is a displayed member with the same matrix account, the email cell is removed to avoid duplicated data.
---> if there is no member with this matrix id, the first line is " (email address)", the second line is the matrix id + there is an icon in the avatar top right

--> an "email user" can be invited to a room.

Presently ios vector does not use emails to discover matrix users.

The local emails are only used to complete the search result.

We have to decide how the local contacts should be handled during a contact search. We need to define how to display these contacts in the search result.
For example, if a local contact matches with his display name, how should we list his details (email addresses, phones)?
