Log more details for UISI via context of AnalyticsEvent

Your use case

At the moment there are only 4 errors defined in the analytics schema for decrypting messages, which does not capture the wide array of things that can go wrong. In practice dashboards just end up showing a large number of "unknown" errors.

To solve this issue we'd eventually like to add more categories for decryption errors, but start with simply passing the more detailed failure reason via the context property of the AnalyticsEvent
