Cloned rooms in rooms list

I don't know how to reproduce it but it happens sometimes when I resume the phone after several hours. (When I unlock it the first time the morning).
For the moment it only happened on encrypted rooms.

The issue is related to #913 and this comment #913 (comment)

At first, in this scenario, the first sent message failed to be decrypted by the room data source. But when the room list updates itself, it will attempt to decrypt the event. The decryption will be successful this time and will send a kMXEventDidDecryptNotification which will refresh the room data source which will refresh the room list which is already being refreshed. Here is the race.
