Can send knocks to spaces, but cannot accept or deny them

Steps to reproduce

it's currently possible with knocking in labs (element-hq/element-web#18655) enabled:

• to set an already existing space's join rule to knocking
• to send the space's room ID or alias to a user
• for the user to knock on the space

Outcome

What did you expect?

i can accept/reject the knock
OR
i can not set spaces to knocking

What happened instead?

there is neither the bar nor the room settings section to manage knocks
