What would you like to do?
When disable_custom_urls is set to true Element still displays the info/hint icon and clicking it displays a popup about switching the homeserver url.
Why would you like to do it?
Reduce confusion users might have when a Element Web instance is configured to disallow custom homeserver urls.

if disable_custom_urls is true: don't show server options hint
