Inexplicably @ben0001:matrix.org doesn't have a displayname or avatar in https://riot.im/develop/#/room/!KITWnfyuVOrfrFZATQ:matrix.org.

I just noticed that if you click a Matrix ID in the chat view, it won't display a displayname or avatar either. Could this be related?

Clicking @SylvieLorxu:matrix.org (my username) in the chat:
ownusernameclick

Clicking my avatar in the chat:
ownavatarclicked

This seems to happen for every user I tried it on on Riot 0.9.7 on my Fedora box (in Electron, not web)
