New Right bar navigation for pinned messages is visually broken on smallest width #26409

Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch to German language (or any other where „Pinned message“ is longer)
  2. Open the pinned messages section in the right bar
  3. Narrow right panel

Outcome

Round buttons.

There are further issues with this as well:

the unpin button is cut off and has no margins

the pinned messages themselves also have no margins
