I've reproduced this by clicking through to the 'leave room' on MemberInfo on a room like #test:matrix.org

this seems to be back on /develop:

if you /part a room - vector does leave it, but doesn't update the UI accordingly (a refresh fixes)

This happens when the history_visibility is invited or join (not shared). The problem is that the user can't see their own leave event, and Vector ends up thinking that you're still a member of the room.
