As a simple improvement to Riot-web's UI, it would be nice if clicking on a community while it's already active (or effectively double-clicking while it's not) led to the starting page of that community.
Right now, the community landing pages are a bit out of the way, either with extra clicks from the "Communities" button or very precise navigation from the overflow menus. Meanwhile, clicking on a community that's already active has no effect, but would offer a nice shortcut while being reasonably discoverable and wasting no additional screen space.
