What is Expected?

1、打开省略多余子项时，多余子项大于页面可视高度时，可以自适应窗口的高度，多余的内容能在class="el-menu--horizontal el-menu--popup-container"里面滚动；
2、可以给省略多余子项最上层的class="el-popper is-pure is-light"自定义添加样式名；

打开省略多余子项，页面高度不够时，导致多余子项一直在打开关闭，在页面上闪烁
