Hopefully fixes #15
The debian packaging for this was modifying /etc/geoclue/geoclue.conf so that it was allowed to act as an agent for the system.
However, it's probably best to do that kind of thing in
default-settingsso this removes that stuff and I'll open an issue for default settings.
